Hello! I hope you enjoyed the video and that it was helpful. I was so excited when I found this recipe! I was on the look out for an ice cream recipe that didn't need a machine, rock salt, and didn't consist of stirring it every few hours. VIOLA! Thanks to two wonderful food bloggers (links below) I was able to make my own adaption of one of my favorite flavors. I will admit this is one of those recipes where it's cheaper to just go buy a tub of ice cream. But where's the fun in that? Plus you can make WHATEVER flavor you can come up with using this recipe : ) I am by NO means a professional so any comments and ideas are MUCH appreciated! I find this ice cream to be pretty sweet. Really nice job kristen! And y'know, even if buying it is cheaper, homemade ALWAYS tastes better ;) and one tip my video production teacher told us is when making a cooking instruction video, show the person eating the food! or at least someone. haha, i guess it enhances the recipe and makes it look tastier~
