    i know this chef, he teaches at the CIA (culinary institute of america)
    hes a complete idiot, his food cost was pushing 60% in our restaurants (american bounty)
    and he was fired as sous chef after only working 2 days....

    I have been praying for a decent restaurant chain to be serving these exact kind of desserts and Priazzo Pizzas in the UK for nearly 30 years along with Taco Belle and Wendy's to establish also a firm franchise hold all over the British Isles nevertheless it just doesn't happen. Not to mention even kitchen gadgets that make these awesome menu items but it's like the marketing corporations and TV stations over here keep thumbing their noses at the money spinning ideas of all of the above!! Crazy!
