What a stupid video. One moment the canister contains the mixture, then it doesn't. Then it does again, then it doesn't again. And there's no finished product at the end. That's 1:45 of my life that's gone forever.
The bowl looks like being made of aluminum. If that is true, this is really bad. Aluminum oxidizes and gets into food, especially when food is stirred against the wall of the container. Aluminum is very toxic.
Might be "professional-looking" but by no means it's "professional" ice cream making machine. Try to use it for commercial production and the machine will break in no time flat (according to reviews it breaks even with minimal and light use! And forget about customer serv.) and your ice cream store will be out of business LOL! ;P Cuisinart must start making better products, have higher customer service and get serious about their appliances! Less marketing videos... more quality and service!

ReplyDeleteThe machine is a bit noisy, but the freezer unit is great, the bowl is Stainless, and it makes Great Ice cream with no effort at all.
