You need to get better control of the baking powder/soda to prevent the blistering. I had the same problem at one point but figured it out with lots of experimenting.
Hello,your machine is making alot of clunkers,i suggest after mixing batter to wait 10 minutes then stirdown again whilst putting batter in the hopper to equalize the acid reaction.Hope this helps.

I think something is wrong with this machine, too much oil in the floor.
