It's wonderful and I will be making three more for Thanksgiving (one for a friend and two for the big dinner with the grandparents).
If you want to go all out on the lemoniness of it all, and don't mind a little extra work, you can make your own crust out of lemon cream sandwich cookies instead of using the graham cracker crust.
OMG... this is so United States cooking! Everything is so artificial, storebought and pre-made... yuk! Try a more natural and traditional recipe, please. You'll enjoy it.

you should whip up a batch of fresh whipped cream then add it instead of the cool whip! it would have a more creamier taste i believe.
