  13. The longer you blend it, the more chance you have of damaging some of the nutrients from the high speed of the blade.
    I also think you should probably just stir in the protein after its done blending. I read something once about the high speed blades also damaging protein powder. Could be wrong tho. But Id definitely only blend the food for as little time thats needed.

  16. Egg whites are used for both protein and consistency. If you were to use just water it would be a bit too much liquid. I just find the egg whites work good and they are an awesome source of high quality protein.

  21. You could just use a cup of plain yogurt instead of egg whites. It would taste good and be a lot easier than cracking all those eggs :-)

  24. Yes, what ever brand of protein you have is fine. I'm using Blue Star Iso-Smooth because it's very high quality, but whatever brand you have on hand will work.
