If you want to make it harder like ice cream you can put it in the freezer for 15 minutes or so.

ReplyDeleteThe longer you blend it, the more chance you have of damaging some of the nutrients from the high speed of the blade.
ReplyDeleteI also think you should probably just stir in the protein after its done blending. I read something once about the high speed blades also damaging protein powder. Could be wrong tho. But Id definitely only blend the food for as little time thats needed.
Do you know where can i find egg whites? I'm from Brazil and didnt find it here ..

ReplyDeleteEgg whites are used for both protein and consistency. If you were to use just water it would be a bit too much liquid. I just find the egg whites work good and they are an awesome source of high quality protein.
