A vibrating table is used to shake chocolate moulds in order to remove traped air bubbles and ensure a thin consistent layer of chocolate. It fits perfectly on top of the MTD 1-2-3 and MTD 1-2-3 MINI! With the vibrating table on, the user will position the mould upside down on the middle of the table (grill section) and remove any excessive chocolate. Then turn the mould upside up and remove the air bubbles. The middle section is a grill while the side sections are covered with a plastic mat to lower the noise. The grill section is equipped with a scraper. Standard moulds are either 275mm by 135mm (series 1000) or 275mm by 175mm (series 2000).
