Doumar's ice cream cone machine set to Concrete Blonde song Joey
This is one of my and my boyfriend's favorite places to eat when we go to Norfolk, VA. They have been in this location since 1934. We were lucky enough to catch then while they were making their waffle cones. They have great BBQ's, Taylor Pork Roll Sandwiches and of course ice cream with their famous cones.
